  • By purchasing an OPPO AX5s and OPPO AX7 (Optus Prepaid Variant) through a Participating Retailer you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.
  • Participating Retailer means Woolworths, Coles, Big W, Target, Kmart, Officeworks, Australia Post in Australia.
  • This offer applies to OPPO AX5s and OPPO AX7 Optus Prepaid handset purchased through a Participating Retailer during the period commencing 9:00am (AEST) on 15 July 2019 and closing at 11:59pm (AEST) on 18 August 2019 (Eligible Product). OPPO reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotional offer at any time for any reason.

  • You must be aged 18 years or older at the time of purchasing the Eligible Product to be eligible to claim under this promotional offer. Business customers and employees of OPPO, Woolworths Mobile, Big W, Target, Kmart, Officeworks, Australia Post (and their related bodies corporate) are ineligible to claim under this promotional offer.
  • This promotional offer is available to the original purchaser of the Eligible Product only and cannot be transferred to any other person. It also cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products.
  • As the purchaser of an Eligible Product, you may submit a claim for one (1) x $30 e-Giftcard Digital Reward issued by Edge Loyalty Pty Ltd (ABN 96 138 299 288) on the Redemption Website, which has a recommended retail price of AUD $30 (incl GST). You may submit a claim for the Digital Reward by visiting OPPO's website at http://promotions.oppomobile.com.au, completing all requested information in the online redemption form, including providing your personal details (such as name, date of birth and address), and submitting the completed redemption form together with the proof of purchase (scan or copy of receipt), and the IMEI number of the Eligible Product between 9:00am (AEST) on 11 July 2019 and closing at 11:59pm (AEST) on 30 August 2019. An individual may submit a maximum of one (1) claim for the Digital Reward, and OPPO may in its sole discretion reject any second or subsequent claim for the Digital Reward.
  • The Digital Reward will follow the terms stated below:
  • 1. A Reward Code may be used to Redeem a valid Digital Reward for goods or services at nominated retailers or suppliers in Australia when the Digital Reward has sufficient value to make the purchase within the applicable usage period.
  • 2. Each Reward Code must be Redeemed for a selected reward at the participating retailer.
  • 3. Your Reward Code must be activated by the stated code expiry date which will be sent to you when your Reward Code is emailed to the email address you provided at registration. Reward Codes expire at 11:59 AEST on the stated expiry date of the Reward Code
  • 4. You must activate your Reward Code within 2 months of it being emailed to you. If you do not activate the Reward Code/Digital Reward during this time period, you will forfeit the Reward Code/Digital Reward.
  • 5. Digital Rewards that are not activated or redeemed within the designated time frame cannot be re-activated, extended or refunded in any way.
  • 6. Each Digital Reward may be subject to specific terms and conditions as set out on a redemption website. Redemption processes, terms and conditions and instructions of use may vary across different Digital Rewards.
  • 7. Digital Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash, reloaded, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new gift card or voucher, or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.
  • 8. You must keep your Digital Reward secure. If your Digital Reward is lost, or you suspect an unauthorised transaction, you must immediately report this by calling 1300 737 968. We may be able to stop stored Digital Rewards being used if you can provide the card number, Reward Code or Redemption details.
  • 9. If you have a query or complaint about the Digital Reward you have received, please contact us immediately. We are not liable for the availability, quality or fitness for purpose of any goods or services purchased with the Digital Reward.
  • 10. If you think there has been an incorrectly processed transaction in relation to your Digital Reward please contact the store where the transaction was made. Edge Loyalty Systems is unable to reverse any approved transactions.
  • 11. We are committed to safeguarding information that is provided to us. When you redeem your Reward Code, we collect information that is required to administer the reward delivery. This information is collected solely to support the administration of the Digital Reward.
  • 12. Victoria law applies to this agreement. By entering into this agreement you unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
  • 13. Eligible eGiftcard redeemable at the following merchants: The Iconic, Woolworths, BigW, JB Hifi, Rebel Sport, Myer
  • There are 3000 Digital Rewards available, and the Digital Reward will be provided to the first 3000 individuals to submit a valid and eligible claim in accordance with these terms. Without limiting these terms, OPPO may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotional offer at any time if all Entertainment Digital Memberships have been claimed.
  • You should allow up to thirty (30) days for the delivery of the Digital Reward from the date you receive notification from OPPO that it has received your valid redemption form and proof of purchase and your claim has been accepted.
  • OPPO is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of, in connection with, or arising out of, this promotional offer.
  • OPPO will collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at [https://oppo-au.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/162/kw/privacy]. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that OPPO may use and disclose your personal information for the purposes of conducting this promotional offer and supplying the Entertainment Digital Membership.
